This document establishes the proper use of the information that Massy Energy Colombia S.A.S. (hereinafter “Massy”) publishes on its WEB page (hereinafter “THE WEB”) free of charge and with the purpose of adequately and timely informing its stakeholders.

Modify and manipulate the applications available on THE WEB.

Responsibility with the user:

Massy does not guarantee the permanent availability of THE WEB due to circumstances beyond its control.

In the event of scheduled maintenance that exceeds more than three hours of non-availability of THE WEB, Massy will previously inform THE USER of said activity.

Massy does not guarantee the usefulness of THE WEB for carrying out any specific activity or its infallibility.

The information provided by Massy is of a referential nature, therefore it does not commit Massy in the decisions made by THE USER.

The information obtained through external links of THE WEB, will not be controlled by Massy and therefore is not responsible for the content or its update.
